Flying Cloud Design guarantees professional graphic design services within a reasonable turn-around time. Deposits are required for all new work. Accounts with outstanding balances over 30 days are subject to collection fees and associated legal costs. Using, copying, selling, re-posting original art without permission may infringe on intellectual copyrights.
Copyrights for original logo designs, source files and/or hosting services are turned over to the client upon final payment. The artist retains the right to use original art and creative works in their portfolio.
